When the kids start playing basketball at a young age, he should be given the opportunity to go through experiences. The vast majority of children they want to have fun and make friends. Many experts in this field agree that this deplorable situation has to change, this change should occur in the first instance on the local level, where coaches, parents and players are in constant communication and present in every game.

We agree and strongly believe that the sport is for fun and enjoy. Proprioception is the ability to sense the position, location, orientation and movement of the muscles and joints. It is very important actions and it is very useful for everyday routine.
